DRAFT LAW PRESENTED TO PARLIAMENT

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister S.Batbold presented a bill on budget stability to parliamentary Speaker D.Demberel.
"There are a number of issues ought to be under attention within the budget reform. One of the biggest steps of this work is to adopt and implement the Law on Budget Stability," the Premier said.
"This draft law will ensure a setting of a budget management principle and budget special criteria to determine the budget policy and strategy. It will also heighten duties and responsibilities of law making and executive governance bodies in ensuring the stability of medium- and long-term budget, and will create a new legal environment of budget management based on the budget special criteria," he added.
