ANNIVERSARY OF 20 JANUARY TRAGEDY TO BE COMMEMORATED IN KYRGYZSTAN
Baku, January 9 (AzerTAc). The 20th anniversary of the 20 January tragedy will be commemorated in Kant city in Kyrgyzstan to be co-organized by the Turkic States Policy Support Foundation and Azerbaijan Culture Center.
The event will bring together ambassadors, Kyrgyz MPs and representatives of the Azerbaijani community.
Speakers at the event will brief the participants on the history of the tragedy.
The participants will also be handed over the book “The Reality of the Genocide of Azerbaijan People” by Head of the Presidential Administration, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev.
