EIGHT JAPANESE DANCERS TO PERFORM IN BALI
Denpasar, Bali Province, June 11 (ANTARA) - Eight contemporary dancers from Japan and a Balinese artist will give a performance at Kesiarnawa Building, Denpasar Cultural Center, in Bali Province, on Thursday.
"The nine dancers from Japan and Bali have made good preparations to give their best performance in a tour to four provinces in Indonesia," Director of the Japan Contemporary Dance Network (JCDN) Norikazu Sato, who led the arts troupe, said here on Wednesday.
The Japanese dancers will also perform in Yogyakarta and Bandung, he said. Last year, they performed in the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, Norikazu said.
The theme of this year's performance in Indonesia is "We're Gonna Go Dancing" which will show a new creation of contemporary dancing.
