Astana, June 11, 2008, Khabar - At a briefing, in MFA, they announced the next week's most important events. The President of Kazakhstan is going to pay a formal visit to France on the 10th and 11th of June to sign a series of agreements and conduct a business forum entitled "Kazakhstan - France".
Nursultan Nazarbayev's visit to France is evidence of the growing strategic partnership between Astana and Paris, the foreign affairs ministry says. An agreement on close cooperation has been reached through a Declaration which the two sides signed on the 8th of February 2008 during the French Premier Francois Fillon's visit to Kazakhstan.
