PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV CONGRATULATES HIS CUBAN COUNTERPART
Baku, 30 December (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter to his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro to congratulate on the national holiday – Freedom Day.
“On behalf of myself and the Azerbaijani people, I congratulate You and the people of Cuba on this holiday”, the letter says.
In his letter, the Azerbaijani leader expressed hope the bilateral relations would further develop.
President Ilham Aliyev wished the Cuban President “robust health and happiness” and “the friendly people of Cuba - peace and prosperity.”
