VICE PREMIER PRESENTS GIFTS TO CHILDREN
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The Vice Premier and deputy head of the National Council for Children M.Enkhbold presented Saturday the New Year's gifts to 17 adolescents who are being disciplined in the 411th children's prison.
The same day, Enkhbold presented gifts to children at the Special Center of Education and Principle and the Gandantegchilen monastery, and extended New Year's greetings to them.
"The government wants to increase its support and assistance to the children--our future. We always maintain a policy of supporting and caring children," said Enkhbold. He added that children's rights will be promoted at all levels in 2010, the government's Press and Information Service reported Monday.
