AZERI FM PAYING OFFICIAL VISIT TO TURKEY
Baku, December 25 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov is on an official visit in Ankara.
Mammadyarov`s itinerary includes meetings with a number of officials, including his counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu.
Prospects for developing the bilateral relations, cooperation within regional and international organizations and the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh will be in focus during the talks.
Upon his arrival, Mammadyarov, joined by his Turkish counterpart, laid flowers at a monument to Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Turkish capital.
Mammadyarov and Davutoglu are expected to sign a protocol to remove visa regime between the two countries.
