OBSERVERS OF INT`L INSTITUTE FOR MONITORING DEMOCRACY DEVELOPMENT DESCRIBE ELECTION TRANSPARENT
Baku, December 24 (AzerTAc). Observation mission of Baku branch of the International Institute for Monitoring Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of the IPA CIS Member Nations has issued its initial opinion on the municipal election held Wednesday in Azerbaijan.
The observers said they monitored the voting process in polling stations in several districts of the capital.
According to observers, they faced no serious irregularities to affect the voting results, and no foreign interference in the process.
“All conditions were created in polling stations to conduct democratic and transparent election.”
