Baku, 23 December (AzərTAc). First Secretary of the Norway`s Embassy to Azerbaijan Mr. Lars Ragnar Aalerud Hansen monitors the municipal elections at the polling station No 9 of the second Binagady constituency.
Mr. Hansen said the elections are transparent, free and fair. The voters take an active part in the elections and there is no abuse of law in this constituency, first secretary said.
