Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The State Head Ts.Elbegdorj received Tuesday Speaker D.Demberel to ask him to give an attention to not creating again a situation when "huge amount of money are approved for the sake of the MPs' interests under a name of investments for their electorate".
"It is a big mistake. No talks must be running again about such a budgetary allocation," said Elbegdorj. He said that it is required to make reforms in the budgetary policy and to create standards of granting financial power to localities and citizens, and expressed a confidence that parliament will attach an importance to these matters.
Saying that the children's allowance is the most correct and fair action among the social welfare policies, the President requested the Speaker to continue granting these money.
The same day, Elbegdorj called two heads of DP and MPRP parliamentary factions Ch.Saikhanbileg and D.Lundeejantsan to have learn them his position on continuing the children's allowance.
