MSU TO COOPERATE WITH S.KOREA CORPORATION

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ On Tuesday, a memorandum was signed between Mongolia's State University and the "Korea Gas" corporation (KOGAS) of the Republic of Korea on realizing a two-year project to conduct joint researches.
Accordingly, the sides will make basic researches into liquefying coal and creating a nano-dimensional catalyzator of changing energy, for which the KOGAS will make investments of KRW200 million and donate some lab facilities.
The KOGAS corporation was founded by S.Korea government in 1983. It is one of the largest in the world Liquefied natural gas (LNG) importers and is operating three re-gasification terminals.
