Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Snow is expected in some parts of western region December 22, in the most regions December 23-24, in northern part of western region and in eastern part of eastern region December 25, in the central regions December 26, and in eastern half of region December 27.
Winds will get stronger reaching 16-18 m/sec in western areas December 22 and in the most regions December 23-24. Up to 28 m/sec winds are expected in Gobi and steppe regions. 12-14 m/sec winds will take place in the regions December 26-27. Cold weather will stay in western half of region December 23 and in the most areas further. Nighttime's temperature will be -40 -50 near Uvs lake and in the Darkhad depression, in basins of Ider, Tes, Buyant, Baidrag rivers, the daytime temperature will be -33 -38. The nighttime temperature will be -36 -41 in mountainous region of Khovsgol, Khangia and Khentii and in basins of Kharaa, Yoroo, Tuul, Kherlen and Khalkh rivers, the daytime's will be -25 -28. In the south part of Gobi region, the nighttime temperature is to be -23 -28, the daytime -15 -20.
In the other regions, the nighttime temperature is -29 -34, the daytime is -20 -25.
