COE OBSERVERS TO MONITOR AZERI MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS

Baku, 21 December (AzerTAc). A delegation of the Council of Europe`s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities has arrived in Azerbaijan to monitor municipal elections to be held on 23 December.
The delegation led by Turkish MP Gaya Doganoglu includes observers from Hungary, France, Holland, Great Britain, Serbia and San-Mario.
