CHINA EXTENDS 60 MILLION YUAN ADDITIONAL AID TO MONGOLIA
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Government of the People's Republic of China will extend an additional aid of 60 million Yuan to Mongolia. This aid will be spent on implementing projects and programs agreed between governments of the two countries.
Mongolian-Chinese economic and technical cooperation have been rapidly growing, and the size of China's refundable aid to Mongolia has been rising year by year. China granted irrevocable aid amounting 36.0 million Russian Rubles, 553.1 million Yuan and 4.1 million US Dollar to Mongolia since 1956.
As a part of the Chinese aid, a "Peace" flyover and a construction of headquarters of Mongolian National Chamber and Commerce as well as a construction of container checking customs facility were completed and put into operation.
In addition, a building of a new Sports Palace will be done in the first half of 2010 thanks to the Chinese aid.
