Iran-Iraq fms talk over the phone
Tehran, Dec 20, IRNA – Iran and Iraq foreign ministers in a telephone conversation discussed ways of developing bilateral ties and paving ground for strengthening cooperation.
According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department, Manouchehr Mottaki and Hoshyar Zebari also discussed a misunderstanding concerning Fakka area between border guards of both countries and underlined holding a meeting of border technical committee to execute mutual agreements.
In their conversation on Saturday evening, the two sides underscored necessity of keeping away from issues which may have been caused by aliens.
Both foreign ministers pointed out that the two countries will continue their consultations in direction of mutual interests./end
