Iranian delegation attends Copenhagen climate summit
TEHRAN, Dec. 17 (MNA) – Officials from Iran’s Department of the Environment, Foreign Ministry, Oil Ministry, and Agricultural Jihad Ministry have attended technical sessions at the Copenhagen climate summit.
Mohammad Javad Mohammadizadeh, the director of the Department of the Environment and the head of the Iranian delegation, joined the Iranian officials on December 14.
The United Nations Climate Change Conference opened on December 7 and and will continue till December 18.
Delegates from 192 countries have gathered in the Danish capital for the long-awaited UN summit.
