CUSTODIAN OF TWO HOLY MOSQUES RECEIVES PAKISTAN'S PM

Jeddah, June 8 (SPA) - The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, received at his palace here today Pakistan’s Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. During the audience, the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques welcomed the Pakistani Prime Minister, wishing him and his accompanying delegation a good stay in the Kingdom. On his part, the Pakistani Prime Minister expressed his pleasure to meet the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques and conveyed to him the greetings and appreciation of Pakistan's government and people. He valued relations binding the two brotherly countries and their peoples. Then, they discussed overall events and developments at Islamic and international arenas, aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways of their enhancement in all fields in the service of their mutual interests. On the Saudi side, the audience was attended by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Ali bin Awadh Assiri. The audience was also attended by the delegation accompanying the Pakistani Prime Minister.
