BILL TO BE SUBMITTED TO PARLIAMENT

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A revised draft Law on Minimum Wage will be submitted to parliament by government. This decision was made at a government meeting on Wednesday.
The draft law was worked out with the aim of solving defaults and problems arisen in wage issues. The bill also targeted at protecting the rights and interests of employees who execute works under civil employment contracts and who receive a monthly wage without no consideration of his/her work education skills and capability.
