STATE GOLDEN FUND RECEIVES CREATIVE WORKS
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A symphony suite named "Galdan boshigt" by B.Monkhbold, a State prize holder, and the third symphony by S.Soronzonbold, a State prize holder, have been purchased for ther State Golden Fund. These works have been selected as the best ones at the "Golden Autumn" musical festival of this year.
Other creations are bought as well as a concert for chorus, piano and percussion instruments by Ts.Natsagdorj, a State prize holder; the first symphony by Kh.Altangerel; a concert for piano by Kh.Monkhyortonts; a symphonic poem named "Arig Dayanii Duulal" by Ts.Erdenebat; a concert for piano, violin and percussion instruments by S.Sansargereltekh; a symphonic poem named "Ekh oron minu" by G.Altankhuyag, a State Honored Figure of Arts; and a work called "Basso Ostinato" by Ts.Natsagdorj. A total estimation of these works is MNT 32 million.
"From the next year we want to start presenting a supreme prize to the best creations during the Golden Autumn festival. By doing so, we will not have any difficulties in the festival's budget issues," said at the ceremony B.Lhagvasuren, the People's Literature Master and head of the Committee of Culture and Arts (CCA). He added that the CCA will tackle a matter on granting special prizes to conductors and solo musicians as well.
