Iranian team may play Real Madrid in UAE
TEHRAN, Dec. 14 (MNA) -- Persepolis may play Real Madrid in the UAE during the winter break if the Spanish team agrees to hold camp in that country.
The Iranian team is going to hold a training camp in the Persian Gulf country in late December.
Dubai football officials are trying to persuade Real Madrid to also hold their training camp in the emirate but an agreement has not been reached yet.
The Iranian team is hopeful that the Spanish giant will accept its request to play a friendly.
Real Madrid sits 2nd in La Liga while Persepolis is fifth in the Iran Professional League.
