Shoura Council Continues Deliberations
Riyadh, Dec 13, 2009, SPA -- Shoura Council continues discussing a report submitted
by Economic and Energy Committee, concerning a bill on companies act, in its
ordinary 59th session which was held here today and chaired by the Council's Speaker
Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh.
On his part, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, the Secretary General of Shoura
Council said that the Council will continue its deliberations on the provisions of
the bill in detail.
