Female staff from Asian embassies in Cuba take part in cultural exchange
Havana (VNA) – A large number of female staff from Asian embassies in Cuba have taken part in a cultural exchange, organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in the country’s capital, Havana.
Speaking at the function on Dec. 9, the Vietnamese Ambassador’s wife Nguyen Kim
Truong praised the efforts made by the Asian Nations’ Ladies Foundation in Cuba
in helping Asian nations to integrate more into the global community, especially
member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
A 20-minute film on Vietnam’s socio-cultural achievements and its progress in
the fields of science and technology during the renewal and construction process
was also screened at the exchange.-Enditem
