SIZE OF TAX PENALTY FIXED
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The Wednesday's cabinet meeting decided to issue a resolution on fixing a size of penalty for payment of tax to be imposed in case of overdue payment or collecting tax without a legal basis due to mistake of the tax inspector, in accordance with the general law on tax.
According to the resolution, the size of penalty is to be 0.06 per cent a day from the first of January 2010.
