Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The total number of crimes committed in the first 11 months of 2009 was 18,583 decreasing by 195 crimes or 1.0 per cent compared with the same period of the previous year.
The decrease in the number of crimes recorded at the Police Office was mainly due to 4.6-40.2 per cent decrease in crimes such as against ownership right, against social safety, against child, family and social morality, against political and other rights and freedom of individuals.
