Hanoi to host 6th Iran-Vietnam Joint Economic Commission meeting
Tehran, Dec 7, IRNA – Hanoi is to host the 6th Iran-Vietnam Joint Economic meeting in the second half of December, official in charge of the Asia-Pacific Bureau of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran Amir Talebi said on Monday.
Iran’s Commerce Minister, Mehdi Ghazanfari, is to attend the joint meeting in Hanoi, Talebi said.
The Iranian delegation is to properly introduce commercial as well as investment opportunities in Vietnam, he said.
Businesspersons and industrialists from various divisions such as textiles, clothing, shoes, dried fruits, petrochemical, technical and engineering services, rail road, rail track and foodstuffs are to accompany the Iranian minister during the joint economic session, he said.
Volume of trade exchanges between Iran and Vietnam hit dlrs 131m last year./end
