MONTSAME WINS JUSTICE AWARD
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The Editorial Board of the MONTSAME News daily newspaper has won a special prestigious prize of MNT 1,200,000 at an essay competition "Quest for Justice".
On the occasion of the International Day of Anti-Corruption, the Mongolian Confederation of Journalists' Union in association with a project "Strengthening the justice and transparency in Mongolia" of the UNDP hosted an essay contest "Quest for Justice" among journalists and reporters of the print media.
The competition was won by B.Tuvshintog of the "Undesnii Shuudan" daily for his article "You enter the corruption free zone". He is followed by G.Dolgorsuren, a correspondent of the "Niigmiin Toli" (Social Mirror), and D.Elberel from the "Unen" daily newspaper.
An award ceremony will be organized in Ulaanbaatar December 9--the International Day of Anti-Corruption.
