COE DELEGATION TO MAKE PRE-ELECTORAL VISIT TO AZERBAIJAN
Baku, December 3 (AzerTAc). An observation mission of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe will arrive here on December 7 to assess pre-election situation in the view of December 23 municipal elections.
The delegation will meet with officials, NGOs, representatives of the Central Election Commission
The mission will visit Azerbaijan again on December 21-24 to monitor the election.
