NEW MEMBERS OF AZNAR JSC ELECTED
Goychay, December 2 (AzerTAc). An event to elect the members of the Board of Directors of AzNar JSC was held with participation of the stockholders of the company. Former Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasiliy Istratov, as well as Nail Shahverdiyev, David Morgan, Alexander Kryuchkov and Sergei Prokovyev became members of the Board of Directors of AzNAr JSC, functioning in Goychay region of Azerbaijan. Russian businessman Farhad Ahmadov was elected as a chairman of the company.
During the event, the stockholders adopted an agreement to raise the capital of the company to 12,9 mln AZN.
AzNar JSC was established in 1998 in the basis of the Goychay Cannery Factory.
AzNar JSC is a leading producer and exporter of the pomegranate juice in Azerbaijan. Its productions are exported to CIS and Eastern European countries, as well as to Israel, USA, France and Germany.
