IFF set to hire foreign coach for beach football squad
TEHRAN, Dec. 1 (MNA) -- Iran Football Federation (IFF) is going to employ a foreign coach for the beach football team.
“The beach football committee of IFF has negotiated with coaches from Brazil, Canada and Spain but has not yet reached a final decision,” the director of IFF beach football said.
“We have enough time to find a good coach for our team because the team’s training has not started. Meanwhile, the current coaches are in charge of the team,” Ali Reza-Ali added.
Iran failed to advance to the 2009 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Dubai last month.
