CoE CONGRESS DELEGATION TO CARRY OUT PRE-ELECTORAL MISSION TO AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 1 December (AzerTAc). A delegation of the Council of Europe`s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities headed by Turkish parliamentarian Gaye Doganoglu will carry out a pre-electoral mission to Azerbaijan, in view of the municipal elections scheduled for 23 December.
The delegation includes Nigel Mermagen (UK), Istvan Borbely (Hungary), Gudrun Mosler-Tornstrom (Austria) and Dobrica Milovanovic.
On October 7-8, they will familiarize themselves with the pre-election situation in the country, exchange views with members of the diplomatic community of Baku, media representatives and NGOs.
