AZERI COOKS WIN 8 MEDALS AT INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION IN MOLDOVA
Baku, November 25 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani chefs have brought home a clutch of eight medals - three golds, three silvers and two bronzes – from an international contest in Moldova.
Tahir Amiraslanov, chief of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center, said: “Our team comprised 4 cooks who competed in 9 individual and one team event which also saw participation of teams from Ireland, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Cyprus and Moldova.”
Azerbaijan also won an honorary diploma. Gold medals came from Leyla Zakiyeva.
