BAKU STATE UNIVERSITY HOSTS DAYS OF TURKISH CULTURE
Baku, November 25 (AzerTAc). The Days of Turkish culture were held at the Baku State University.
The event was opened by the university`s rector, MP Abel Maharramov who praised the two countries` relations as “fraternal”.
Turkish Ambassador Hulusi Kilic said such events contribute to bringing people closer to each other.
Following the speeches, Maharramov awarded the Turkish ambassador with a medal.
Kilic in turn donated nearly 200 books to the university.
The event ended with a book fair devoted to the Turkish culture.
