Baku, November 24 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev have today opened Heydar Aliyev Square in Ulyanovsk.
The Presidents laid flowers at a monument to nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev in the Square.
The two leaders made speeches at the event.
They then chatted with members of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
