Baku, November 21 (AzerTAc). The Georgetown University`s Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding has published the 1st edition of its book, The 500 most influential Muslims in the world, ranking Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev among them.
The book praises the Azerbaijani leader for his “advocacy of a moderate cultural Islam which is representative of the demands of the population of the country”.
The book breaks up the 500 leaders into several categories, including Scholarly, Political, Administrative, Women, Youth and Development.
