Kuwaiti PM in Tehran for bilateral talks


Kuwait’s prime minister leading a high-ranking eco-political delegation arrived in Tehran Saturday morning to hold regional and bilateral talks with top Iranian officials.

Upon arrival, Sheikh Nasser al-Mohammad al-Sabah was welcomed by Iran’s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki.

The premier, accompanied by the Kuwaiti ministers of foreign affairs, finance, energy, oil and information, is to stay in Iran for two days to hold regional and bilateral talks.

The talks would focus on promotion of cooperation in the fields of investment, oil and trade.
