Indonesia supports Iran’s nuclear program
Indonesia’s Foreign Minister Raden Mohammad Marty Muliana NATALEGAWA said his country supported Iran’s nuclear program.
He further called on Iran to employ its full diplomatic capacity to reach its desired results in nuclear negotiations.
The Foreign Minsiter made the remarks in the farewell meeting of Iran’s ambassador to Indonesia Behrouz Kamalvandi in Jakarta.
NATALEGAWA called for further expansion of ties between the two countries in political, economic and cultural areas.
Kamalvandi outlined the growing trend of cooperation between the two nations, stressing that the value of economic exchanges between Iran and Indonesia reached one billion dollars during the past year.
He highlighted the importance of finalizing some of the documents already signed to speed up expansion of mutual ties.
