NEW ECOLOGICAL AND HYDROMETEOROLOGY CENTER TO BE LAUNCHED AT HIGHEST PEAK OF SOUTH CAUCASUS

Baku, November 17 (AzerTAc). Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has founded a new hydrometeorology and ecological research center. The center to be opened soon was built at the north-east flank of Greater Caucasus Mountains. The main goal of the center is to do research into the biodiversity, geology and monitor hydrometeorology and environment.
The automatic weather stations made by Finnish Vaisala company were installed on the Shahduzu and Kabash Mountains
