Iran welcomes expansion, deepening of relations with Comoros
IRI President said here Monday in a meeting with Comoros President Abdullah Muhamed Sambi on sidelines of 25th economic summit of OIC, Iran welcomes expansion and deepening of relations with Comoros.
According to IRI Presidential Website, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad added during meeting, “The two countries have lots of cultural and political commonalties.”
Ahmadinejad said that the people of Comoros are both pious and revolutionary, reiterating, “Iran welcomes expansion of relations and cooperation with the friendly, brother and revolutionary country of yours.”
President Sambi, too, during the meeting asked for ever more expansion of relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran in economic and industrial fields.
