BASEL SINFONIETTA TO PERFORM IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, November 4 (AzerTAc). Swiss symphonic orchestra, Basel Sinfonietta, are arriving in the Azeri capital where they will give a concert as part of the CultureEscapes Azerbaijan festival.
The Friday concert by the Basel orchestra will feature 8th symphony by Czech composer Antonin Dvorak, Musica luminosa by Swiss Rudolf Kelterborn and Mersiya by Azerbaijani Firangiz Alizadeh.
According to Swiss Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alain Guidetti, such events play important role in developing cultural relations between two countries.
