AZERI U-23 JUDO FIGHTERS CLAIM 5 MEDALS IN DONETSK
Baku, November 3 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Under-23 judo fighters have brought home a clutch of 5 medals, including two golds from an international tournament in Donetsk, Ukraine.
Gold medals came from Shahin Gahramanov weighing in at 90 kg and Emil Tahirov at over 100 kg.
Tural Safguliyev weighing in at 81 kg and Azer Aghayev at 90 kg garnered silver, while Mehdi Janaliyev won bronze in the 100 kg category.
The tournament brought together more than 300 judo fighters from 7 countries.
