Delegation from Vietnam`s Defence Ministry leaves for Thailand

Hanoi (VNA) - A delegation from Vietnam’s Defence Ministry, led by Minister
General Phung Quang Thanh, left Hanoi on November 2 for Thailand to attend the ASEAN
Defence Ministers Meeting Retreat.

The delegation will attend the opening ceremony of Thailand’s international
defense and security exhibition and then pay an official visit to India.

The minister’s trip is made at the invitation of his Thai counterpart Prawit
Wongsuwan and India’s Minister of Defence, A.K. Antony.-Enditem
