AZERI KICKBOXERS CLAIM 3 WORLD GOLDS
Baku, October 27 (AzerTAc). Three Azerbaijani kickboxers have come out on top in the world championship in Villach, Austria.
Eduard Mammadov, Parviz Abdullayev and Ehram Majidov won gold in the 60kg, 71kg and 81kg divisions respectively.
Turan Gafarov won silver for Azerbaijan in the 67kg weight category, while Emil Karimov weighing in at 54kg, Rolan Guliyev at 57kg and Kanan Sadigov at 75kg claimed bronze medals.
The championship brought together 700 kickboxers from 52 countries.
