ISTANBUL TO HOST 25TH MEETING OF OIC STANDING COMMITTEE FOR ECONOMIC AND COMMERCIAL COOPERATION
Baku, 26 October (AzerTAc). Istanbul will host 25th meeting of Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) on 5-9 November.
Reportedly, several heads of states of member nations are expected to attend the meeting on its last day.
Delegates of 62 countries were invited to the event.
OIC is the second largest inter-governmental organization after the United Nations which has membership of 57 states spread over four continents. The Organization is the collective voice of the Muslim world and ensuring to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world.
