AZERBAIJAN`s INDUSTRIAL OUTPUT UP 5%
Baku, October 25 (AzerTAc). Industrial output made AZN15.6bn or $19.4bn in Azerbaijan in the first nine months of 2009, which means a 5 percent increase against the last year, according to the State Statistical Committee.
The official figures also revealed that in the nine months the country`s oil production saw a 8.5 percent rise to make 37.8 million tons, while gas production made 12.2 billion cubic meters, an increase of 3.7 percent.
