INTERNATIONAL BANK OF AZERBAIJAN TO BE PRIVILEGED SPONSOR OF WORLD ISLAMIC BANKING CONFERENCE
Baku, October 23 (AzerTAc). The International Bank of Azerbaijan, IBA, will be the privileged sponsor of the 16th World Islamic Banking Conference due in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, in December.
The conference, supported by the Central Bank of Bahrain and international financial institutions, including the Islamic Development Bank, CITI, Gulf Finance House, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas, will bring together over 1,200 delegates from 50 countries.
During the conference, IBA will raise the awareness of its participants about prospects of developing the Islamic banking in Azerbaijan.
