AZERI UNIVERSAL FIGHTERS WIN TWO WORLD MEDALS
Baku, October 23 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani young universal fighters have won a silver and bronze medal at the world championship in Medyn, Russia.
Silver was won by Elbrus Bakhishov in the 70kg weigth category, while Orkhan Abdullayev claimed bronze in the 85kg class.
Azerbaijan ranked third in the medal table behind Russia and Ukraine.
The tournament brought together fighters from 43 countries.
