MEETING OF BSEC`S FOREIGN MINISTERS KICKS OFF IN BAKU

Baku, October 22 (AzerTAc). The twenty first meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of BSEC member countries has started today in Baku.
Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Minister Elmar Mammadyarov delivered an opening address.
During the meeting, Azerbaijan`s presidency will be handed over to Bulgaria.
