INFLATION PREDICTED TO BE 3 OR 5% NEXT YEAR, HEAD OF AZERBAIJAN CENTRAL BANK
Baku, October 21 (AzerTAc). Experts predict inflation rates will be 3 or 5% in Azerbaijan in 2010, according to Elman Rustamov, head of the Central Bank.
Rustamov said efforts will be strengthened to ensure the inflation rates “drop below the predicted figures”.
He noted “according to our forecast the rate of inflation will be 2 or 2.5% by the end of the current year”.
