ENGLISH-SPEAKING PROJECT “АZERBAIJAN FORESIGHT” LAUNCHED FOR STUDENTS OF AZERBAIJAN STATE ECONOMIC UNIVERSITY
Baku, October 20 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan State Economic University (ASEU), Millennium Project and Azerbaijan Future Studies Society (Millennium Project Node) launched educational English-speaking project “Аzerbaijan Foresight” (www.millennium-project.org), (www.futurestudies.az) in the field of research of future and forecasting for the students of ASEU.
Starting from October 16, the students of ASEU will be educated in the field of research of future and forecasting with the help of key specialists from the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Italy, Venezuela and Japan. Appropriate agreement for realization of this project was signed between heads of these institutions: rector of ASEU prof. Hajiyev, the director of the Millennium Project prof. Glenn and chief of Azerbaijan Research of Future Society prof. Huseynova.
The unique peculiarity of the project is that it is realized on-line in the format of video conference. Professors from different countries can simultaneously communicate with the audience, give presentations, and fully employ all capabilities of information technologies.
The program of the course, worked out by Millennium Project, is estimated for two semesters. It is a 48-hour interactive training in English with use of new research data in different fields of human life activity and global being.
At the end of the program, according to the results of the exams, all graduates will receive diplomas from the organizers.
