Several IRGC commanders martyred in suicide attack

Several commanders of the Islamic Republic Guards' Corps (IRGC) were martyred in a suicide attack here in southeast of the country.

Acting Commander of the IRGC Ground Forces and Commander of Qods Headquarters Brigadier General Nourali Shoushtari, Commander of Sistan-Baluchestan IRGC Forces Brigadier General Rajabali Mohammadzadeh, the IRGC commander in Iranshahr and the commander of Amiralmo'menin Brigade were among those killed in the attack.

About 60 people were reportedly killed or injured in the attack.

The martyred people were taking part in the gathering of leaders and heads of provincial tribes in Pishin district when a man carrying explosives attached to him attacked the meeting.
